Susie was fantastic - as a tenant she was very responsive at essentially any hour of the day/night, was quick on maintenance requests. Ultimately I had to leave the apartment early to return to the uS - Susie worked very hard to ensure a new tenant was found to minimize my move out costs and really went above and beyond!

I engaged Bespoke in the sale of a property and found Maria a 'on the button' agent. She followed up in every instance and never did I feel at a loss to what's going on. Communications are friendly and always with helpful guidance around legal responsibilities and obligations, both for me and my tenants.
