Gavin is an experienced Sales and Letting negotiator who focuses on maximising capital and rental values for our clients. Having previous experience managing investment portfolios in the UK, Gavin returned to Ireland in 2018 and completed a Higher Certificate in Real Estate at TU Dublin. He previously completed a BA in Business Studies from the National College of Ireland. 
 
Gavin aims to offer clients a transparent service, by utilising communication and organisational skills to process transactions quickly and efficiently to ensure satisfactory results

Bespoke have been managing my property for the last 7 years. I get regulare up-dates, all issues managed professionally, efficiently and in a timely manner. Communications are friendly and always with helpful guidance around legal responsibilities and obligations, both for me and my tenants. I also value that my tenants have a great relationship with the Bispoke team aswell. Takes all the pressure away. More than happy to recommend Bispoke, a great team and a great service. 👍

We’ve been renting with Bespoke Estate Agents for two years and are now starting our third. Susie and Maria have honestly been amazing, they’re always so helpful, quick to communicate, and nothing is ever too much trouble.

When we had to move from our last apartment, they were incredibly helpful in finding us a new place and made the whole process so simple and stress-free. They also made sure everything in the new apartment was taken care of straight away, which made such a difference. We’re really grateful for everything they’ve done for us and couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
