As a renter, I had a good experience with Bespoke, particularly Maria Bailey Ryan. She was always a friendly face; pleasant to deal with, prompt and helpful. I would recommend her and Bespoke Estate agent services.

Susie was fantastic - as a tenant she was very responsive at essentially any hour of the day/night, was quick on maintenance requests. Ultimately I had to leave the apartment early to return to the uS - Susie worked very hard to ensure a new tenant was found to minimize my move out costs and really went above and beyond!

I engaged Bespoke in the sale of a property and found Maria a 'on the button' agent. She followed up in every instance and never did I feel at a loss to what's going on. She negotiated very well on my behalf and if I had half a dozen more houses (which I don't ;) I would be happy to ask her/Bespoke again. Thank you. Olwen
Response from the owner:thanks so much Olwen thats so nice to hear :)
