Sean O’Donoghue

Managing Director and Head of Commercial Property, B.Sc. (Hons), RICS, SCSI.

Sean O’Donoghue has 30 years experience working within the property industry, he has managed all phases of numerous development projects from single residential units and small apartment schemes through to mixed large scale developments.

He was appointed director of Southern Properties ltd in 1990, heading up letting and management services to commercial and residential property in Dublin city. Sean then moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico and worked as a US licensed realtor before returning to Ireland and completing the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute (IAVI) Residential and Land Agency Course. He holds a BSc. (Hons) in Property Studies from Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) and was a former member IAVI before it merged with the Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCSI).

He is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (SCSI) and a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He has held an auctioneers licence, and is currently licensed with the Property Services Regulatory Authority (001671-001925) and carries full professional indemnity insurance. Sean is a RICS Registered Valuer.
