Sean O’Donoghue has 30 years experience working within the property industry, he has managed all phases of numerous development projects from single residential units and small apartment schemes through to mixed large scale developments.

He was appointed director of Southern Properties ltd in 1990, heading up letting and management services to commercial and residential property in Dublin city. Sean then moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico and worked as a US licensed realtor before returning to Ireland and completing the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute (IAVI) Residential and Land Agency Course. He holds a BSc. (Hons) in Property Studies from Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) and was a former member IAVI before it merged with the Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCSI).

He is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (SCSI) and a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He has held an auctioneers licence, and is currently licensed with the Property Services Regulatory Authority (001671-001925) and carries full professional indemnity insurance. Sean is a RICS Registered Valuer.

Susie was fantastic - as a tenant she was very responsive at essentially any hour of the day/night, was quick on maintenance requests. Ultimately I had to leave the apartment early to return to the uS - Susie worked very hard to ensure a new tenant was found to minimize my move out costs and really went above and beyond!

I engaged Bespoke in the sale of a property and found Maria a 'on the button' agent. She followed up in every instance and never did I feel at a loss to what's going on. Bespoke have been managing my property for the last 7 years. I get regulare up-dates, all issues managed professionally, efficiently and in a timely manner. Communications are friendly and always with helpful guidance around legal responsibilities and obligations, both for me and my tenants. I also value that my tenants have a great relationship with the Bispoke team aswell. Takes all the pressure away. More than happy to recommend Bispoke, a great team and a great service. 👍
