Maria is an experienced Sales and Letting negotiator who focuses on maximising capital and rental values for our clients. Having extensive experience in housing policy and legislation.

Former Oireachtas Chair of Housing, Planning and Local Government from 2016-2019. Maria completed her Higher Certificate in Real Estate in Ballsbridge college in 2025.

Michelle Murphy provides unrivalled administrative skill and experience to our block management team, Michelle joins Bespoke from Indigo Real Estate Management.

Kellie is a fully licenced, dedicated and experienced block manager and joins Bespoke from O'Sullivan McGoldrick Property Plus. Kellie has experience working within the property management sector in the west of Ireland.

With her background in Architecture and Interior Design, she brings her knowledge of design principles and a keen eye for detail into the management of buildings and developments.

Eamon is director block management at Bespoke and also a qualified accountant and former investment manager with extensive property portfolio management experience.

Eamon brings a wealth of experience and a keen interest in the management of buildings and developments.

Sean O'Donoghue has 30 years experience working within the property industry, he has managed all phases of numerous development projects from single residential units and small apartment schemes through to mixed large scale developments.

He was appointed director of Southern Properties ltd in 1990, heading up letting and management services to commercial and residential property in Dublin city. Sean then moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico and worked as a US licensed realtor before returning to Ireland and completing the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute (IAVI) Residential and Land Agency Course. He holds a BSc. (Hons) in Property Studies from Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) and was a former member IAVI before it merged with the Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCSI).

He is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (SCSI) and a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He has held an auctioneers licence, and is currently licensed with the Property Services Regulatory Authority (001671-001925) and carries full professional indemnity insurance. Sean is a RICS Registered Valuer.

Adam is an experienced, senior residential negotiator who relocated to Ireland in 2016 and has been working in the Irish property market since. He went on to further his studies and holds a professional qualification with a distinction in Business in Real Estate from TU Dublin.

Adam also holds a Masters in International Business Management and has previously lived and worked abroad, including China for 3 years. He currently lives in Ballsbridge and has fallen in love with Dublin. He has a wealth of experience working with clients from around the globe he brings to Bespoke.

Joe works as accounts assistant on our busy accounts team. He is currently sitting 2nd year of the accounts technician course with accounts technicians Ireland. Joe has over 8 years experience in the property industry including commercial, retail and residential properties working with Lambert Smith Hampton and more recently Colliers.

Joe assists our accounts team with reporting and accounting for residential and commercial landlords.

Lorna works as part of our dedicated accounts team. She graduated with an B.A Hons from DCU and subsequently with a Masters in Psychology from NUI Galway.

Lorna has since gained over 6 years accounts experience, ranging from the retail sector with Brown Thomas to large scale receivership projects with Mazars. During her time with Mazars she worked at all phases of the receivership process to plan, run, develop / regenerate and sell assets, earning the maximum return of investment for shareholders.

She now manages the accounts for Owners Management Companies, overseeing the financials, budgeting, reporting, and accounting systems for residential and commercial multi-unit developments.

Gavin is an experienced sales and letting negotiator who focuses on maximising capital and rental values for our clients. Having previous experience managing investment portfolios in the UK, Gavin returned to Ireland in 2018 and completed a Higher Certificate in Real Estate at TU Dublin. He previously completed a BA in Business Studies from the National College of Ireland.

Gavin aims to offer clients a transparent service, by utilising communication and organisational skills to process transactions quickly and efficiently to ensure satisfactory results

Director of Residential Lettings, Susie Davies, has more than 25 years' experience in the property market in Ireland and the UK. She spent over 15 years running the lettings, management and redevelopment of residential and commercial properties in London before returning to Ireland at the start of 2016.

Prior to joining Bespoke in late 2018, she was the Property and Lettings Manager for a 150 unit luxury apartment block in central Dublin, managing private and corporate rentals, as well as block management. At Bespoke, her excellent organisational and communication skills enable her to achieve quick and efficient results for Landlords and Tenants and she takes pride in ensuring that every smallest detail is addressed and adhered to. She holds a PRSA C and D licence number 001671-006992.

Mary Kate Kenyon has 20 years industry experience. After graduating from T.C.D. (B.A. Hons. English and Classical Civilisation) she worked for property developers Sheelin McSharry. In 2000 she set up and ran her own business in the technology sector. After a family break she returned to the property industry.

She now runs the accounts department for Bespoke, managing reporting and accounting systems for residential and commercial Landlords.

Tracey is an experienced Senior Block Manager with over 15 years' experience in property management. She holds qualifications in Sectional Title Scheme and Homeowners Association Management through Paddocks and the University of Cape Town, South Africa.

Based in Ireland, Tracey is a PSRA-registered Property Services Provider with local expertise in property and maintenance management. She takes a proactive, solutions-focused approach, building strong relationships and delivering reliable service to clients and stakeholders.

Sara has over six years of experience in accounts and finance and is currently in her second year of the Accounting Technicians Ireland (ATI) qualification, continuing to develop her professional knowledge.

At Bespoke Estate Agents, Sara manages the accounts for Owners' Management Companies, overseeing the financials, reporting and accounting systems for residential multi-unit developments. She works closely with property managers and OMC directors to support the effective financial management of each development.

Gerard obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Behavioural Economics before moving to Vancouver, BC, Canada, where he worked in the property industry for two years. After returning to Ireland in 2025, Gerard joined our team and is currently in his second year at Ballsbridge College, where he is studying to obtain his Advanced Certificate in Auctioneering & Property Services to become fully PSRA licensed.
